Unable to update Home page, footer, mobile menu in AMP Xstore

Hi,

I have updated the Home page, mobile menu and footer in the AMP XStore settings but nothing seems to be changed on the website.

I tried clearing all caches and also removing the cache plugins, still it dosen’t works.

Kindly help.

Hello, @Krishan,

I have checked your issue and found the issue appears. The thing is on your site there are 61 plugins activated. There is a possibility that a third-party plugin conflicts with the AMP plugin and causes the issue. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site, and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. So that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

Hi,

Only following plugins were activated:

1. Elementor
2. Meks Quick Plugin Disabler
3. WooCommerce
4. XStore AMP
5. XStore Core

Tried opening site in a completely new mobile phone and browser, with no site cache.

Still the problem persists. Kindly check.

I have remained all plugins deactivated, kindly debug the site and do the needful, Backup is already made in case of any issue.

Upload init.php to plugins/xstore-amp/admin/init.php
reupload xstore.zip theme and et-core-plugin.zip
if it will works ok then notify us and it will be included in the next theme update.

Hi,

I have done as asked, but there is a new issue now. Making changes in AMP XStore panel does not save, it automatically reverts back after refresh.
