Unable to order something on the website…

    Hi,

    I released my website but impossible for someone to make an order.
    When an item is added to the cart and the person is going to pay : the person fills in all the info needed (name, adress, bank information , …). The person then presses the “commander” (pay) button, the checkout page then become whitened but nothing happened. The payment is not going through, the payment page is not updated to tell that the order is passed, and I don’t receive any information on the back-office side

    Can you help me ?

    PS: in addition, when on the checkoup page, each time the person srcolls a little, all on the information in the paiement area on the right is reloaded, so if the person has entered the paiement information everything is erased

    Unfortunately, the FTP access is not working. It also appears that the issue may be caused by a third-party plugin. Please disable all third-party plugins and check again to see if the problem persists.

    It was the WP Reset plugin !

    Can you help me remove the reloading the the left section of the checkout page (where we enter the banking information) each time we scroll ?
