In this case, we need to connect to your site via FTP, because the fix in portfolio.php file works fine on our test site. Contact your hosting provider and ask how the FTP connection problem for us can be solved. Is there firewall on your server that is blocking our IP?
Regards
Hi Rose , I will contact our hosting provider to try and sort an FTP connection. I have no idea why there is an issue. It is likely to be Monday before I have a response. Thanks
Hi Rose, It is a firewall issue and the host will require your IP address to allow access link: http://ip.me.uk/ It you could provide this I will get an FTP sorted, although this will be Monday now. Have a good weekend, Thanks
I’ve sent IP to your email address. Please check it.

Thanks Rose, I will get this sorted Monday.
Ok.

Hi Rose, your IP address has now been enabled and you should be able to FTP onto the server. Thanks
Fixed. Please check.

You need to contact your server support and ask to clear cache.

Hi Rose I have just been in contact and they are telling that there is no caching enabled. I have cleared the cache using WP Rocket (not sure that helps) and I’m still getting a 404 error when I choose a brand filter.
Hi Rose, Fantastic all now working. Many thanks
You’re welcome!

Hi Rose
Unfortunately the brands filter is not now working again. I can only assume this was following the theme update to version 3.3 earlier this week. Could this be corrected again. Many thanks
Hello,
Fixed. Please check.
We’ve changed https://prnt.sc/hjx174 to https://prnt.sc/hjx1uv in woopress/framework/woo.php and re-saved permalinks.
