Unable to change Menu color -The menu color is by default black

    When changing the header color and saving the action, it apparently changes the color.
    But when loading the page again the color returns to green and accessing the parameter is in the correct RGB color.
    Can you help me I need to force the color of the header and menu.

    i need change thema color principal (header, menu and buttom) for color #580066 (hex).

    theme, fixed color green and not possible change.
