Ultimate Add-Ons Visual Composer Hotspot Not Working

Hi, please can you advise as I have found a bug/issue – the hotspot feature from the ultimate VC’s addons is not working with your theme. I can see in my plugins list a later version is available 3.13.6 too. Please can you update the plugin repository so I can update my plugins.

The fault I am experiencing is:-

You add a hotspot item image, you then add the hotspot tooltip but the location where you drag around the tooltip is (image 404’d) a blue question mark image (in the edit window).

Please advise, thank you.

To check the issue we need your wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content and show us a page where you have a problem.
