    Hi there, I’ve tried everything. Referred to your documentation over and over but to no avail. Trying to get the my menu set-up so that my “Our Shops” displays like your “Blog” drop down (3 columns, each with a title and image). Please have a look at my menu here: http://reneeblundon.com/projects/anovelidea and let me know what it is that I’m doing wrong.

    Also, while I have you, eventually I’d like to have another row of stores (there are 6 locations all-together). Is it possible to have an additional row with three stores?

    With Thanks,

    Renee

    Hello,

    Please follow the instructions like it’s described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/primary_menu > Primary Menu > Menu images.
    Also you can watch the video tutorial how to create a menu here.

    Also please clarify your last question. Where can I see the row of stores you are talking about?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    As I mentioned in my original post, I followed your documentation but my menu is still not displaying properly. I also provided a link where you can see it in action:

    http://reneeblundon.com/projects/anovelidea

    Click on “Our Shops” and you’ll see that the images are not aligning with the titles. I’d like to have another row of three stores below the row that’s there (once it’s displaying properly)

    Not to give you a hard time or anything as I very much appreciate your assistance but if you could have a look and provide a solution, rather than refer me to documentation that I’ve already referred to, I’d really appreciate it. Will save us both a lot of time in the long-run 🙂

    Hello,

    Have you made any changes in the original theme files? Have you tried to revert back to the default settings?
    If the default settings don’t help, please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials.

    You can create a new row of stores adding submenus to the main menu as you’ve done with the current submenus.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    I haven’t made any changes in the original theme files so can’t revert back to any default settings. I’ve provided my site log-in details in the private content field below.

    Looking forward to getting this resolved.

    With Thanks,

    Renee

    Hello,

    I was unable to connect to FTP (login incorrect).
    Please rename default.custom.css to custom.css file in the theme folder and insert the following code:

    .main-nav .menu > li.menu-full-width .nav-sublist-dropdown .container > ul > li.et-col4 {
        float: right;
        right: -150px;
    }

    Please reply back if the issue still persists.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
