Translate Custom TAB single product page

Hi,

I use your Custom TAB to add a global description to all my products. I translated it in the old Legenda version and it was working ok. Now, with the new Legenda I cant translate it. I see it in strings and translated but is not showing in my site other than in English for all languages.

Hello,

We tried to check if you have translated admin options correctly but faced the problem on translation page

Please, solve the issue with WPML script first and contact us again, then we’ll be able to check your problem.

Hi, sorry Olga can you explain more? becouse also in my other site there are several strings that I cant translate. not even in mo files.

Hello,

The error on screenshot is related to the file wp-content/plugins/wpml-string-translation/res/js/scripts.js. You have to contact WPML concerning it.

Hi, contacted theme and they told me:

“We have currently some jQuery conflict with WP Bakery Visual Composer – please try to disable this plugin and see if this works.”

Hi,

Please go to String Translation and you will see all four strings are available for translation. Just translate them and let me know if you need more help.
Please also consider all modern WPML compatible themes uses wpml-config.xml file which automatically make admin strings available to translate in String Translation.
You can suggest theme author to use the one to avoid troubles for users.

Hello, Ali Akil,

We have already used all the recommendations from WPML. Your problem is not related to theme! You just did not translate necessary fields. See here

Please, go to WPML > String Translation > select admin_texts_option_tree from “Select strings within domain:” drop-down list and translate necessary strings.

The problem is that we need to translate from Admin string translations and there was an error. They added this strings becouse I had issues doing it. They have almost a month on this :S. Script errors and Overloaded admin strings. They say that you must update your theme so that this istrings apear directly in string translations not in Admin strings.

Also why I cant see your plugin in themeforest any more?

When will be available your new update?

Also now my left side widgets are not showing in shop page in secundary langueges. In English is showing normaly but in German and Spanish the right widget is not showing.
