    Dear Shameer,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to know which demo you imported? We guess a potential timeout issue during the importation of the demo, which may have resulted in the omission or interruption of certain source code files.

To address this matter effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with temporary access to your WordPress admin and FTP accounts.

For WordPress admin access, please create a new user account with administrative privileges via your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is set up, you can securely share the login credentials with us through the Private Content section that is intended for confidential communications.

Regarding FTP access, we would appreciate it if you could supply us with the following information: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and the type of FTP encryption you are using. Should you require any assistance in generating these details, your hosting provider will be able to assist you in the process.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and prompt attention to this request. Your timely response will enable us to proceed with the necessary steps to resolve the issue at hand.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @SHAMEER,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide screenshots and the URL of the page on which you are facing the issue and provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
