    Hello 8Theme!

I need some serious help right now, i am going insane about this theme. I have spoken to you several time before but nothing is helping. Please check my site yourself. I have provided you the login information. My site is running REALLY slow, just after activating your theme and recommended plugins. For the moment i have also W3 Total chache activated. You do what ever you want with my site just PLEASE help m solve this or at least assist me with right information after looking at it. This is not working specially for a e-commerce to run o slow. I have set up an VPS solution and CDN service that will be working soon but still my webhost right now is good enough for all my other sites and are not to slow as this. Both admin and front-side.

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Thanks.

    Hello,

We’re sorry you had to experience such issue, but we optimized our theme as much as we could.

To get refund you need contact Envato Support https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund- .

    Hello

This theme is indeed very slow. I read the posts and many people have issues with Admin-ajax and ajax_get_refreshed_fragments. There must be a problem somewhere!!
