Theme update required but failed - by windcapeza

Hi, I am unable to update to Xstore theme version 7.2.10. I tried all the options, it cannot be downloaded from 8theme website – not available and also gives error in WordPress updates…

XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore to be updated up to 7.2.10 version. You can install the updated version of XStore theme:

1) via Dashboard > Updates > click Check again button > update theme
2) via FTP using archive from Downloads
3) via FTP using archive from the full theme package downloaded from ThemeForest
4) via Envato Market WordPress Plugin
5) via Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades WordPress Plugin
6) Don’t Forget To Clear Cache!

Thanks for the advice. I downloaded files from Themeforest and managed to update it via FTP. However after I deactivated and activated the theme license it now gives an error:

You have reached activation number limit. According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
