Topic: Theme Options backend broken, cant install demo content

Hello, i just updated to wordpress 4,4 and Royal 2,5. Its a fresh installation and i tryed to install demo content with no success. So i updated royal to 2.5 and now the backend is broken as you can see in pic.

I just bought the Royal them and I have the same problem with the back- end when you go to the Theme Options you can select “General or Color Theme”, all the rest of the options will not come up. I use the Legenda theme on this website without a problem. Please confirm!

We’ve fixed the issue with backed. As I see you haven’t installed WooCommerce plugin. Please do it then try to install demo content.

I have the same problem. Just bought the theme yesterday. Thought it was because of wordpress 4.4 which I had installed before installing Royal theme (via FTP because via WordPress didn’t work). So I downgraded to 4.3.1 but I still can’t see/open all of the theme options. I can only open General|Color Scheme|Typography. Hope you guys can help me 🙂

Hi there,

Just bought and installed Royal yesterday and am having the same back end issue – the Theme Options will show the first three categories (General, Color Scheme, Typography), but cuts off the page when you click on Header or any of the other sections below that.

I have a screenshot that I can provide – please advise.
Theme version: 2.5

I have the same problem. Running 2.5 here. I’ve reuploaded the ot-functions-option-types.php file but that hasn’t fixed it. Please advise!

Hi there,

I have the same issues with WooPress- I have installed the up-to-date version of the theme, downloaded it 20mins ago or so and the same issue is happening with the theme options. the first 3 menus are working then it goes weird- can’t import dummy data.
