The thumbnail of my product (shop page) are blurry

1. How can I regenerate with the higher quality my thumbnail of my products picture on my shop?
2. Also I have the name of my shop that are appearing below my products name and price. I don’t see how I can remove it?
3. How to I remove the SKU and Category showing on my single products page.
