Could this be a problem with the theme? If I have sold the product, but I want to change the quantity, I get an error message:
The stock has not been updated because its value has changed since the change.

Why can’t I change the quantity?

    Hello, @infomrprod,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We appreciate your diligence in bringing this matter to our attention. After carefully reviewing the issue you described, it seems that the challenge you are facing may not be related to the theme.

    1) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins) .

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    2) Additionally, Could you please check how it works with some default WooCommerce themes like WooCommerce Storefront?

It’s worth mentioning that our test site, under similar conditions, has been functioning correctly, suggesting that the theme itself may not be the root cause of the problem. We are committed to assisting you in resolving this matter promptly, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this troubleshooting process.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    3) If the issue still persists, then to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m

    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7

    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
