Support needed for links in contacts – header

Hi,

I’m trying to add contact links in the header, should I add something different in the link control field?

I’m trying to make the phone number and the email clickable.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello, @Marialena,

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header builder >> Contacts element and delete the existing elements then add them again from scratch.

As an example, the “Url For Field” for a phone number should be formatted as “tel:+xxxxxxxxxx” and for an email address as “mailto:your_email”.
