Topic: Suddenly some problem with my HOMPAGE & PRODUCTS CAN'T DISPLAY

Hi,
My website(http://www.ohlalajewelry.com) was working perfectly suddenly something went wrong. I tried many ways to get it back, but no luck. Can u help me please? I put the username and password in private content.

Hello,

You’re using old theme version which isn’t compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce.
Please update it.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi my website started working again. But still there are some issues on my home page there was banner on my home page and on the jewelry, page zoom is not working.

Hello,

Do you mean you had slider on a home page, not banner?
As I see it’s shown:

Also zoom effect is working on a single product page.
Please clear your browser cache and check again or clarify your issues with more details.
