Please clear browser cache and check your products page again. I don’t see the issue any more.

Hi Jack, thanks for your reply, there is sill an issue with layout on ipad and iphone on the shop pages, it is intermittent and changes per refresh and per page. Can you please have another look at this.

Is there anybody else who has experienced similar issues with layout of the shop pages on ipad and iphone? I have tried a few things and not sure what else to try?

Hi there, I have just looked to contact you guys through the Contact Us section, but says that need to use the forum for all technical queries and should get an answer within 24 hours, I have now been waiting 10 days. Could somebody please look into this and give me some ideas on how to resolve the issue raised.

Hello @jonesgemma,

We’re sorry for a long delay.
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Thanks for your reply, we have done as suggested but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference there are still issues with shop layout on ipad. Although this is only if you use safari browser if you use chrome on ipad it works fine.

Do you have any further suggestions, do you have other clients using the same theme? Do they have the same issues, how do their sites look on ipad safari?

Could it have anything to do with page speed and the page not loading fast enough?

Hi Eva

We are using IOS 8.2 on our ipad. You may not have seen the issue as it is intermittent and doesn’t happen everytime, if you refresh the page you will normally see it if not shown when you load it. What is also quite strange is it is quite random as you get a different incorrect layout each time you reload the page. The Home page layout is fine, the problem appears on the shop pages, if you click on any of the categories down the left had side you should see the problem.

The following is a link is an example where you will see the problem: lovefascinators.co.uk/product-category/black-fascinators/

I have also asked a friend to try it out on his ipad and he has the same issues, just in case it was an issue with my ipad. I have to say i do not know what version of IOS he had on his ipad, i can try and find out tomorrow.

I think we may have solved the problem, have updated to ios 9.02, and this seems to have solved the problem. Will keep an eye on it, but hope this has solved the problem.
