    I have not heard back from support regarding my site speed issue, ticket number[#QZR-357-47970].It has been 72 hours, a day longer that the promised reply time.

    I have sent them a couple of emails with no reply.

    My site has a bounce rate of 0.5%!! I have 5500 visitors to my homepage each day and only half of those continue to the shop. The homepage takes 8seconds or more to load. There is no question this is stopping people from clicking through. I am literally losing money and sales everyday. This is my job and my income.

    I don’t even mind paying now, I am desperate for it to be fixed.Please just tell me how to get this fixed as quickly as possibe, payment or not.

    So far I am no closer to fixing this issue. After pleading for assistance.

    All I know now is that my homepage is slow and even slower with your theme, but not solution or reply to my emails.

    I have tried everything on my end, added a cache, applied a cdn, deleted plugins, talked to my host. If there is something I can do I’m happy to do it!

    I just want a solution at this point and some assistance with this. I’m not sure how else I can beg for help, it’s been 4 days.

    The problem of slow site loading is related to your hosting provider.
    Please don’t create new topics on the forum regarding the site loading speed to avoid confusing. You have the ticket opened where you can discuss the issue further.
    Please write all your suggestions, questions in there.
