Site layout doesnt load properly after demo installation

hi there, my site doesnt appear right even after basic installation and demo installation.

Hi Eva,

I have managed to resolve the problem thank you.

I have a few questions regarding other areas of the site.

1) I am trying to change the emails, linkedin facebook instagram links on the contact us page, on the main page for the team details also but i keep getting http://www.market-in.co/# instead. could you advise how to change it to an alternative url?

2) i want to remove the cart icon on the header bar, how do i do so?

1. Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

You need write full url for your social media accounts via http as I corrected for your facebook link. Please check it.

Hi Eva,

What do you mean by writing it in full? where do i go to enter the full url?

Also, now i am trying to change the logo to my own. It is changed on the main page, but when i scroll down and the header comes down, it shows the royal store theme logo. How do i change it to my own logo?

Hello,

Please look at the screenshot what I meant by “full url”:

You need write “http://” in the url.
You didn’t upload logo for fixed header in Theme Options > Header:

Please upload it.

Hi Eva,

Can you advise what is the ideal size for the logo image? Right now what i have seems very small on the headers. What was the previous image dimensions?

Hello,

You can increase logo adding this code in custom.css file:
```
.header-logo img {
    max-width: 420px !important;
}
```

hi eva thanks i managed to change it.

can i check, for the contact us page my email still can’t get to the email outlook when i click it, it still directs to the 404 page. how do i change it?

Hello,

I’ve edited shortcodes.php file in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/framework and now mail links are working. Please check and clear browser cache before.
Keep this file safe not to lose changes after theme update.
