Dear 8theme team. Just writing in regards to Royal demo installation theme. I’ve followed all steps given in documentation but my defautl page comes in absolutely different way. Different image sizes, different product categories, different video and subscribe window. Could you please help with this issue. A step by step guide would be highly appreciated. My login details are provided in private content. Thank you.

Hello,

As I see, You have imported demo content and now you can edit home page as you want (Pages -> Edit page).
We do not include too much dummy data, because some customers’ installations due to WP settings or server capacity are not able to import even this content. You need to create own products, categories, and other elements. On our demo, we use http://prntscr.com/ehqpxe sizes.

The thing i dont understand is that you advertise your theme and asking for that 60$ but in the long run customer gets not what he saw initially. I watched your default demo with all products and categories and decided to purchase cause it caught my eye. After purchase what i got at the front page was absolutely different to what i saw. 10 products in total, video not playing etc. You should provide customers with warning message that purchased content might look different from what you really see. I gave u my admin details and still didn’t get what i wanted. Why can’t you just include all information in download files including products, videos etc. It would be much appreciated if you could login to my account and download all required info so that my pages looked exactly like your demos. My hosting works fast and have enough storage. Thank you.

I have purchased flatsome theme for my other website and never had problems with demo import. Every songle detail was transferred perfectly. Paid for what i saw. Plust they guaranteed to fix any problems. With you guys is absolutely different story. You just sell your theme with incomplete demo files and solve problems after.

I’ve added our video in your media and you can use it on the page, it is settings from our demo http://prntscr.com/ejr2kl. I’ve created some products. You can duplicate http://prntscr.com/ejr2zv as much as you want, the same we have done on our demo.
