After updating WordPress, WooCommerce and the XStore theme the Single Product page image slider is no longer working. It appears that it’s defaulting to two image per view so the arrows and clicking on the second thumbnail no longer changes the image.

    Hello @Scott,

We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

Also, if you want us the check for solution, please, provide us the wp-admin and FTP access using private content area.

    Let us know the results.

We were able to narrow the issue down to a conflict between your theme ( or Elementor ) and the Youtube Playlists and Product Gallery Videos for WooCommerce ( https://woocommerce.com/document/youtube-playlists-and-product-gallery-videos-for-woocommerce/ )

I deactivated all plugins but essentials, changed the theme to the parent theme and updated all plugins. When the gallery mode for the single product page is in vertical layout with the thumbs on the left vertically the swiper doesn’t work. When the thumbnails are horizontal below the main image it works without issues.

    Dear @Scott,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have transitioned to using the Single Product Builder with Elementor, and it appears to be functioning properly. You can review the implementation at the following link:

At your convenience, could you kindly take a moment to review it again?

    Dear @Scott,

We hope this message finds you well.

Please follow the steps below to properly configure the Single Product Builder using the XStore theme:

    1. First, please disable the Single Product Builder by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder, and set the option to OFF. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/ydylhpChJ4bq.

    2. Once the builder is disabled, you can proceed to create a new Single Product template using Elementor. Alternatively, you may import a pre-designed Single Product Builder template from our XStore demo library: https://prnt.sc/T79X_ilceG8k. After creating or importing the template, assign it to all products as shown in this example: https://prnt.sc/65Re_s-tjMio. For your reference, here is a sample template we have already created: https://test.globalfrozen.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=9463&action=elementor#

For more detailed instructions, please refer to our official documentation:

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

We already have a production site running live that is working. If we use the steps you outlined wouldn’t that mean we have to rebuild, stylize, etc the product page??

Also, why did this break when it was working previously? See link in the private content ->

Lastly, was there a specific version change that causes this to break? If so which version and can we get a copy of the theme / builder etc. for right before that version?
