Single Product Builder Issue in Xstore(Old)

    Hello Team,

    In xstore we are using Single Product builder individually for all our website products and now we want to do changes inside that but the changes which we are doing is not updating in single product builder, the screen is continuously loading and the changes are not reflecting in front end,

    We tried multiple times, clearing the cache from hostinger and wordpress still no changes are reflecting.

    Kindly check into this issue and provide us the solution asap.

    Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    As per your instructions, I have added screen recording video that shows the screen is continuously loading and no changes are reflecting in front end.

    All the third party applications and cache are already deactivated and we tried clearing all cache and so, still the issue persist.

    As per your request, we have increased the maximum execution time to 2500, still the changes are not reflecting in the front end.

    It has been 4/5 days we are waiting for your reply and its a urgent issue we need to resolve it soon as possible because all our website works are on hold and we not getting any replies from you so please look into this and solve it as urgrnt as possible

    Hello team ,
    It has been almost a week we are waiting for your response and getting our query resolved since no replies from you, why is it so?

    Last time u mentioned to increase the max execution time to 2500/3000 in reply,
    but in your xstore dashboard itself the maximum execution time limit mentioned was 120-180 and inside our hostinger max execution time is 360 as we checked.

    How come you expect that it wil be 2500/3000 in between when u itself mentioned the limits and still we r much above than your standard limits.

    So please have a serious look into our issue and provide us a solution urgently & while responding make sure your are giving valid reasons so that we can rectify what can be done from our end as well.

    As u said the max execution time is Zero, so the problem is into XSTORE panel because all the other parameters are properly configured and inside hostinger, we checked the max execution time it is 360.

    We added the screenshots also to check, still don’t know how is this possible??

    2days back you said that this query is forwaded to senior team and now again you are on the same point(max execution time), for this all clarifications are already done from our end still we are taking updates from you.

    Just rectify the issue very urgently and I want this to be resolved by this week only, so please took it very seriously.

    Previously you asked for hostinger details so we provided you that and now u r saying no hostinger details only FTP access so please try to collect all the details collectively.
    It saves our time because its almost a week we are just working on same query and till now no solutions for the same.
    kindly resolve it by this week because you guys wont reply on saturdays and sundays so please check and confirm.

    Again one more thing, Inside xstore dashboard there is one option name patcher what is that and there are 3 different PatchId, so we are not getting what is that and what to do?

    Hello Team,
    We are fetching the issues in single product builder again(same issue as previous)
    No changed are getting saved and screen is continuously loading.

    We tried clearing all the caches still it is not working and one more thing
    Inside xstore there is section for static blocks.
    That static blocks also not working properly while we are trying it to edit with elementor then its giving error.

    Please check into it and give us the solution as soon as possible

    1/ Could you please provide a detailed description of the issues you encountered prior to the recurrence of the problem with the Single Product Builder? Specifically, were there any additional plugins installed, or were any changes made to the files or server settings?

    2/ Additionally, could you specify which static block you are unable to edit? We have attempted to edit a random static block on your website and found that the editor opened without any issues. If possible, could you also provide a video recording of the problem you are experiencing?
