Sidebar – show all categories in the filter

Hi there,
I’ve been searching a lot but can’t find the solution.
In the sidebar filter, how do we make it to show all the categories instead of the “+ x more” button at the bottom?
Also without the scrolling part.
If this can be done in the “All departments menu”, that would be great too.
