In my shop page , only 2 products are showing, although i have added more products. Alo variation swatch is not not showing in product archive
Hello @SAAD,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that if only two products are displayed on your shop page, it may be related to your WooCommerce settings or the configuration of your product visibility. We recommend checking the following:
1. Ensure that all products are published and not set to “Draft” or “Private.”
2. Verify that the “Shop” page is correctly assigned in “WooCommerce → Settings → Products → General”.
3. Check the number of products per page setting in “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop page → Shop layout”.
Regarding the variation swatches not appearing on the product archive, please make sure that the swatches feature is enabled in “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Variation Swatches”, and if you are using XStore Archive Products builder check if the Swatches item is enabled in Archive products widget on template. Also, verify that the attributes are properly configured for each product.

If the issue persists after these checks, please provide us with temporary admin access or screenshots of your settings so we can investigate further.

the settings you are talking about, all are enabled, but the result is the same
Dear @SAAD,
We previously asked you about the temporary wp-admin access but don’t see it attached in your reply.
If the issue persists after these checks, please provide us with temporary admin access or screenshots of your settings so we can investigate further.

I have provided the login info now
Dear @SAAD,
We have reviewed the configuration of your website and found that you are using a third-party plugin, Shoplentor, which overrides our theme’s settings for the “products per page” option (see: https://prnt.sc/MyrOrZ2ehuJn).
You can either adjust the number of items per page in the Shoplentor plugin settings or disable the plugin and set the desired value in the Theme Options sections we mentioned earlier.
Don’t forget to clear your cache in your cache plugin after modifications.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Thanks. I also wanted to show variation swatch as label in product archive, Does this theme support it by default? I have added an example as attachement
Hello SAAD,
You can enable this feature by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Variation Swatches.
For more details, please refer to the following documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/variation-swatches-3/
Please also remember to edit the product attribute and change the swatch type as shown here:

instead of showing “Select Options”, how to show the actual variation?
Hello, SAAD,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, this can be done. First, you need to go to the Customizer settings, then open the WooCommerce section, navigate to Shop Elements → Variations Swatches, and enable this option.
After that, go to the product attributes and select attribute type “Label.” Please note that the attribute you selected must be global, not created locally for each product.
Unfortunately, with the current setup, it is not possible to display variation labels on the shop page. To achieve this, you will need to modify the product accordingly.
WooCommerce provides two types of product attributes:
– Global Attributes: These attributes are created under WP-Admin > Products > Attributes. They are available for all products across the website and can be used for filtering.
– Local Attributes: These attributes are created when editing an individual product. They are only visible on the product page and cannot be used for filtering.
The XStore theme only supports global attributes for variation swatches.

Product badge is not showing in product archives, even though i have added them in product details
Hi, SAAD,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Pease note that the product badge may not appear in product archives if certain display settings in Archive products builder https://prnt.sc/Frt1xxZCwfUv are not configured correctly – https://prnt.sc/-7-z2kltUt4J
Please tell us more about your issue and provide a video or screenshots so we can better understand the situation.
Warm Regards,

providing custom badge here is not showing in the frontend, though Show badge is on
Hello,
It appears that the custom product badge is provided by the ShopLentor – WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg plugin.
Please note that any issues related to third-party plugins should be addressed directly to the plugin’s author at https://woolentor.com/contact/. Such matters fall outside the scope of our standard support services.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
So, you are telling me that , this theme doesn’t support custom badge?
Hello, SAAD
Our theme includes many such elements, but they are specifically implemented for the Elementor Product Builder. These elements include Size Guide, Cross-Sells Products, Upsells Products, Related Products, Frequently Bought Together, and many others.
We recommend visiting the Sales Booster section in the XStore admin panel for more details.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
