We have a serious problem with our site. If someone tries to update quantity in cart the product disappears from cart. This happens using the arrows to move quantity up or down, or if someone enters the quantity directly into the box.

It happens on the Cart page but also on any product page that shows the quantity currently in the Cart.

This is making it nearly impossible to take orders on our site.

I have disabled almost all plugins except the WooCommerce plugins. I’ve disabled security, optimization, SEO, etc. I’ve cleared transients and checked the database which has no overhead.

Finally, I tried activating a different theme and the problem was solved. But I switched back because using a new theme would mean recreating all the styles and look of our old site.

I could use some help in figuring out the problem.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?

    Best regards,

There is a child theme with several customized WooCommerce templates, however I tried deleting those and the Child theme but it had no effect on the problem.

I see there are a number of outdated Woocommerce templates in the Blanco theme folder now, can I update those without causing a problem?

    Hello,

You shouldn’t worry about those notices. They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
So you can hide this message or you can fix it by editing the files in wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce directory and change the version to the current Woocommerce version that you’re using.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
