The new 9.2.1 version of the theme will contain the fix for the 2 icons.

If after the update and clearing cache the problem persists on your site, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

yes. on the cutit.no page its now working perfect.

but I still have problems with the https://www.verktoyutleie.no/produkter/verktoy/
its still showing the “load” more button 🙂

but did not update the theme on https://www.verktoyutleie.no/produkter/verktoy/ Please update XStore to 9.2.1 version.

We’ve checked the scroll on https://www.bursdagutleie.no/kategori/utleie/ , this site uses 9.2.1 version and we do not see any problem. Maybe it is a cached version visible for you.

I scroll on the https://www.bursdagutleie.no/kategori/utleie/ in private window. Still not working …

I try to update the themes on http://www.verktoyutleie.no page.. but not working..
this starting to be MORE jobs to get it up and running.
I have never use so mutch time on wordpress themes like this Xstore 🙁
its not nice 🙁

it’s soon so frustrating that I’m considering just changing the layout and switching to other themes.

because this is just getting weirder and weirder.

I have previously sent you the problem that I get “double” up with products.
and I’ll get that again now.
safari.
scrolling works just fine.
private window google, and firefox. does not work.

even if i remove w3 total cache plugins.
I have the same problem with scrolling.

Dear, Henrik,

The issue is caused by the option in WooCommerce (Shop) -> Product Catalog -> Default Product Sorting -> Popularity (sales).
This option results in random product display on pagination pages, as detailed in Video 1 (Private Content) .
The infinite scroll operates based on this pagination, and therefore, after loading, it shows duplicated products because it loads products from the second pagination page, which are random and may coincide with the products on the first page.

This bug is also present with the default theme, as detailed in Video 2.

Therefore, we have switched the option from WooCommerce (Shop) -> Product Catalog -> Default Product Sorting -> Popularity (sales) to WooCommerce (Shop) -> Product Catalog -> Default Product Sorting -> Default sorting (custom ordering + name).

We will also notify WooCommerce about this issue and we encourage you to do the same.

strange.
then I turned it over.
you had done it on “bursdagutleie.no”
and now it seems fine.

what is funny.
is that I have not done anything on verktoyutleie.no.
but it doesn’t come up twice there.

We do not have additional settings for sorting from our theme side, they are taken from WooCommerce.
