Screets Chat not work right - by mercom - on WordPress WooCommerce support

The plugin works (It send mail when we are off line) but I can make the consola work, when It say “connecting” something goes wrong and say “Email is invalid”. How can I make it work?

Hi, it is the live chat, you can’t do a live chat session.

I send you a image of the chat console, it stay in “connecting” also the square with “email is invalid”, so is not possible to have a live chat session with clients.

Try to change your email.
Navigate to Users->Your Profile->Contact Info and change email.
