    Hello,

    Following this issue: https://www.8theme.com/topic/sale-badge-not-showing-on-shop-page-archive-page/#post-444346

We have the plugin deactivated but still doesnt show the sales badge on the shop page.
The category page is showing correctly but not on the sales page.
We tried deactivating all plugins except Woocommerce, and the sales badge appears with the sales price, but when we activated de Xstore plugin, the sales badge and price stop showing, with all other plugins deactivated.

The problem is in tha shop page https://dimple.com.ar/shop

When we view the shop page, it doesnt show the sales badge nor the sales price:
    https://postimg.cc/YvhcTdNv
But when we see it from the Elementor editor, the sales badge and the sales price do appear:

We are leaving acess just in case.

    Thank you,
    regards,

    Dear @Jennifer,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the source of your products, we have noticed that all of your variable products are currently being displayed as simple products on your shop page. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/wxgKY9EAAxym.

This behavior is not provided as option by our theme, and we have not identified any plugin within your setup that would typically result in such a configuration. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask if you have implemented any custom code on your server or made modifications in other files that could affect product display. Additionally, have the products been migrated from another website, or were there any plugins previously installed that might have altered the product types – even after being removed?

For testing purposes, we created a sample variable product, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Lz9Be1g-W_HI. However, it is still being displayed as a simple product on the shop page: https://prnt.sc/Ddmzej_yr35l.

At this point, we recommend testing the functionality using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, with only the XStore Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. You may consider creating a staging environment for this purpose, or temporarily perform the test on your current website.

Based on our findings, this issue does not appear to be related to the XStore theme.

Please let us know if you need any assistance with the testing process.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for the reply.
We have not implemented any custom code on our server nor the products have not been imported. They were created from scratch.
We were told the issue was due to a plugin stock manager, but we deactivated it and erase it, but the issue persists.
We tried deactivating all plugins except Xstore and woocommerce, and when using Xstore theme, the issue persists.
When changing themes, the issue is not there.
I am uploading a video of the test.
The issue only appears with xstore theme.
