Sale products ignore planned period - by

Kind support,
I use legenda theme and when I use the widget to show all products with special price, on my widget area appear all products that have a planned discount.
So for example if I plan a discount for next week today, the product will be showed in special price section on my site, but it should be appear next week.

I tried to understand how code works and I find that the shortcut behind is [etheme_products], can you help me? Is a misconfiguration or a bug?

Probably it’s a bug. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

Hello,

sorry but I prefer no. You can replicate this bug on your system putting a widget with sale products and then planning a promo with future dates. You should see the product.

We need to take a closer look at the problem on your site. The problem can be caused by one of the 3rd party plugins, additional customization in child theme, or maybe some combination of options.
You can provide detailed screenshots, and we will try to recreate it on the test site, but the fastest way is testing on your site using temporary access.
