Revolution Slider not loading and Description, Custom tabs not working

Hi,

First post here, just bought Legenda and it’s a fantastic theme, so many options.

I’m experiencing two issues:

1. Revolution Slider doesn’t load/appear, but the title from the visual composer section does.
2. On the edit page for single products, I don’t see the section for Description, and the other (custom) tabs.

Hello,

1. Please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue with Revolution slider.
2. Description tab is the “text edit” box. You need write in there for the description tab to be displayed. Information for customs tabs can be found in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Custom Tab Title, Custom Tab content.

1. Sorry, but I’m unable to connect to FTP (login details are incorrect) as well as to wp-admin panel. After filling in the details I’m being redirected to the blank page.
2. Do you want not to post description but to show custom tabs? Please clarify.

1. FTP credentials should work now. I have no idea why the WP login redirects to a blank page. I can personally still log in, it only seems to happen to the user I just created for you?

2. I want to be able to show and edit the DESCRIPTION, MORE INFO tabs etc. but I can’t seem to find them on the individual edit product pages.

1. You didn’t have the required plugins activated. I’ve activated them and woocommerce plugin as well. Please check the woocommerce settings as you selected your homepage for the products display.

2. Description tab shows the info from the text editor box.

I had deactivated all plugins to fix the login, let’s hope the slider problem doesn’t come back. Are you generally aware of any conflicting plugins? I’d assume none of woocommerce ones.

Still investigating but it seems that the issue was caused by Woodojo twitter…

I’ve removed the screenshot.
Sorry, but we didn’t test compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme. So we can’t guarantee their proper work with the theme.
Is there anything else we can help you with?
