Remove Category blocks from the Shop page

Hi, I have 2 questions:

1- I want to remove the category blocks/squares from showing on the Shop All page. It doesn’t make sense to have them side by side with products. I would like only products to show and users can filter by category using the sidebar. Please check the image below for reference.

2- How do I force images to be the same size on the shop page? Are there any guidelines regarding the uploaded image size I should take in consideration?

Don’t forget Regenerate thumbnails after changes in WooCommerce-> Settings-> Product -> Display https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
