Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
.et-off-canvas.et_b_header-account input#rememberme+span {max-width: none;}

Hello,

“remember me” text is shown in the same way on all our demos, for example, https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market04/ so it is the default state, that can be changed using CSS
Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access, so we can check why the code doesn’t work for you.

the correct behavior is to show the full text, at least that what i wants
