    Look I found the ticket. that was really a long time ago.

    At that time the problem was that I could not select variants in the quick view. and I only have variants articles.

    Actually, I think it should be so: See V2 I think so it is normal

    I think that I could now explain well what I mean

    but that has time , I start anyway only at the beginning of February with ads

    sorry for late reply

    Oliver

    Hello, Oliver Theiß

    The temporary access you provided does not work now.

    Please try to disable this option – https://prnt.sc/f3KfK3gB2CEy and check then.

    Let us know the result.

    Kind Regards,

    awwww sorry.

    i had to change the password last week… i put the new password in the private area.

    i do not have this function.:(

    the problem is that the ad to card button is not in the quick view. Currently I come from the quick view only to the product page.

    it works in the Shop on the normal product page and everywhere else.

    Hello, Oliver Theiß

    We’ve fixed js errors related to the compatibility of variation swatches and our Wishlist and Compare.
    Support for this option https://prnt.sc/_AYbaur8ZMdy has also been added.

    To get this popup after adding to cart https://prnt.sc/-S7bSietTTDw , disable this option https://prnt.sc/f3KfK3gB2CEy

    The fix will be included in the update. Please clear all cache (from plugin, server, and CDN), after the next update.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    hello sorry for the late feedback.

    I just have to change the colors in my shop, because colleagues have told me that my orange sucks… and it is not good.

    Thanks for your help.

    I still have questions about this ticket:

    since the change it works in the quick view, but no longer on the normal product page…. ha ha … damn

    The settings options I have somehow not under woocommerce, I have to search….

    3. Since a year ago at my request and for legal reasons we made changes in the Quick view. i have found this code now in line 44-47

    See screenshot. I can remove this now, or

    I prefer to ask..before I remove code

    i don’t want to remove all of it because the Gzd. addtional information should remains.

    can you correct the code , i am unsure about the brackets and do not want to break the code. Sorry.

    4. i have this error message: can this be related to this topic?
    See private area. Many thanks

    5. since i’m resetting my colors and removing the white… i need some help here for the element: i don’t know how to address it…. shoud be ffff siehe screenshot:

    sorry…

    Hello, Oliver Theiß

    1. What do you mean by “since the change it works in the quick view, but no longer on the normal product page”? We do not see any problem on single product page. Could you please clear cache and check one more time? Provide us with a video of the problem.

    3. Sorry, but additional customization or content management is not included in our basic support scope. We are able only to guide you with theme options. If you need personal customization you need to hire a developer or content manager.

    4. At first sight, this is independent of our theme.

    5. Custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/hEDShnWQ9-l0
    Try to inspect code using inspector tools.
    Open a web page in Google Chrome. Either:
    -Select the Chrome menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
    -Right-click on any page element and select Inspect Element.
    The DevTools window will open at the bottom of your Chrome browser.

    Heay Rose,
    Thank you for the support.
    i have done everything and it worked.

    I used this code
    body .popup-added-to-cart-content .woocommerce-message,
    .popup-added-to-cart-content .woocommerce-message p {
    color: #ffff !important;
    } Perfect! 😀

    But here……… Problem……
    I can not find the code for the button “only the button font…. when investigating
    I do not know why the has a different font color than the other button.
    Would you give me the CSS code please it is only the left one…. 🙁

    Hello, Oliver Theiß

    If you meant this button -> https://prnt.sc/Djd3uIyDLpoC then as you may see it is shown in a bit different structure than others https://prnt.sc/b5tK__Sx_sX9 and you need to add extra custom CSS like next:

    .popup-added-to-cart .product-section-02 .btn span, .popup-added-to-cart .product-section-02 .btn i {
        color: inherit;
    }

    Result will be: https://prnt.sc/0WGnmnHqK1Mp
