Hi Robert,

This is an update on ticket number #28359 regarding products not displaying at all.

If you go to http://www.latallaperfecta.com.mx/principal/ and click in any of the category products (Basicos, coquetos, deportivos) you will get this error:

Fatal error: Class ‘jwOpt’ not found in /nfs/c01/h14/mnt/4244/domains/latallaperfecta.com.mx/html/wp-content/themes/goodstore/woocommerce.php on line 11

Theme has been updated to latest version: 1.5.2 and extra themes had been removed as you suggested.

Credentials to log in are included in Private Content.

As I see you’re using 1.5 theme version:

Also update the required plugins. You can get them here:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Please provide us with FTP credentials.
