Products and footer not appearing on the front end

The products on our site are not showing in the shop area along with the footer on every page, we cannot seem to find what the issue is, could you please help?

Hello,

Please update theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

I do not have access to that themeforest account at the moment is there any way you I can gain access to the updated files?
