    Hi There,
    Sorry for writing same problem twice. Actually product is now adding to cart but it’s seems a little slower then normal time frame. Can you have a look about that?

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    Thank you for your response.

    Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi There,
    As you said that add to cart conflicting with 3d-party plugin → woo tabbed category pro plugin which is right. But It was working fine before your link height work in my site. There was a previous backup of mine and so i restore it in another server and it’s looking properly ok and no conflict exist.
    As my site was working fine and i need that plugin, So you have to look at your changes that you’ve made during working on line height. It’s happening twice and which is unexpectable that after your work i’m getting problem in my site. Kindly fix that as soon as possible without causing any other problem. I need you to fix line height but rest of the things must work properly as before.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    Thank you for providing us with the details of your previous version of this page.
    We analyzed the pages you have now and before and here is our thought:
    1/ On your previous version of the page you had fully another element shown on the page (our old Products element → https://prnt.sc/1eMtviCw8QuG that is soft deprecated for some time already)
    2/ On your new page you have Products Grid (and Products Carousel) elements → https://prnt.sc/D7PGgU7MHswR .
    3/ For fixing new Products Grid element products’ title height we modified only two lines which contains “display: block;“ addition → https://prnt.sc/jDaaPnOiPBJ8 that just simply could not break such deals for you and create errors showing. Files containing such fixes are next :

    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-grid.php
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-carousel.php

    It seems you had “drafts“ as we told you in first answer and someone saved the editor with the latest changes (with migrations from old Products to new Products Grid element on the page).
    So, now you have a next choice: either use the old Products element with its quite limited options (and it worked ok as we can see on the previous version of page sent by you in Private) or use the new Products Grid element but contact with Woo tabbed cart plugin author to look for the reason in their code and fix from their side showing the error when there is Products Grid/Carousel element.

    P.S. Our developers think that plugin code needs to have some specific class/id or structure of products to “attach” its blocks/html elements and then not show errors, but it is just a thought.

    Thanks for your understanding and hope you will find the solution soon!

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi There,
    Look at my old site ( https://mobiledevicemanagementbd.com/tb/) i’ve created a section as same as my new site. It’s working fine in products grid on my old side. You’ve said
    “It seems you had “drafts“ as we told you in first answer and someone saved the editor with the latest changes (with migrations from old Products to new Products Grid element on the page).”
    You had worked on product and changes made by you as well. I just want you to fix my line height without causing any other problem. As it is working on my previous backup with same product grid then there must be no conflict. I want you to fix my line height without causing any other conflict. Can you do that? I’ve to deliver my site as soon as possible. Let us know as soon as possible.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    Thank you for your response.

    You can add the next custom CSS to your child-theme/style.css or Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS

    .etheme-product-grid-content .etheme-product-grid-title a,
    .etheme-product-list-content .etheme-product-list-title a {
        display: block;
    }

    It should fix your main question.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi There,
    Thanks for giving a simple solution that worked on my previous site. I don’t need the update that you’ve done during work as it is conflicting with other plugin. Kindly reverse what you’ve done to fix line height. It’s very urgent for me so try to do it as soon as possible.
    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    As we wrote you from the same start that all changes that were made contain a line improve with
    display: block;
    that was proposed you to add as custom CSS.
    We removed that property ( https://prnt.sc/onWfVKKsukjp ) in next files so they are just the same as you had on the same start when posted this topic.
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-carousel.php
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-grid.php
    Please, check now !
    Note: those lines will be still modified with
    display: block;
    additions once you will install update for XStore Core plugin.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi,
    Have you even check it before telling me that everything is ok? Still now add to cart isn’t working properly. You’re wasting my time for a long just to fix a single line height. Reverse all update make it as before.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    Take our apologies but we really did revert all back as it was before.
    Also, you can see (and we wrote you about it at the same start of our conversation) that errors come from 3rd-party plugin. It means that you can contact the plugin and it is a pretty real possibility they should fix something in their code globally.

    As we know you have a backup version so in case you want to be super-sure no changes were made (except for those which were already returned back) you can just install that backup and then add custom CSS we provided you.
    We can admit the main addition one more time: we didn’t make any more changes except for adding “display: block;” and removing it after you wrote us about some issues.

    Thanks for understanding !

    Kind Regards,

    Hi There,
    We’re facing another problem after migrating my site to the main domain. After creating an attribute when I try to add term configuration then it’s loading and the process isn’t completing automatically. After reloading the page, it seems to be added. Can you have a look at that? I’m providing you with the credential.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

    1/ We cannot guarantee the proper functioning of our product if it is not used with its latest version.

    2/ Your current problem is independent of our theme, so can’t be fixed by a support team of the theme.
    We can confirm that a similar issue is present when using the default theme, you can verify this by simply switching the theme in the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes tab, but be careful and open the website pages before switching, so that you can revert back if needed.
    In our opinion, the cause of this issue may be related to server settings or some third-party plugin.
    In order to prevent conflicts, we have not disabled them.
    We recommend that you create a test site and copy the working version there. Then, you can disable plugins and update all components on the test site.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
