This is our clients theme, and recently they noticed that things just stopped working and displayed the error message on the home page consistent with the requirement to upgrade.
We updated all the plugins, and used the Envato Theme plugin to update the theme. Afterwards, things seemed to be okay, but when you click on the thumbnail of a product, it doesn’t take you to the product page. In fact, at no point are we able to view a product page.
The next thing we did was install the Blanco theme from the zip file. We downloaded, expanded, and uploaded using overwrite. Unfortunately we have the same problem.
Do you have any ideas, and perhaps, would you mind taking a look at our installation? I’ve included all the credentials you should need in the private section.
