Hello everyone…Please some help. The main product image downloads “slow”. It appears after the thumb gallery images have downloaded. I will appreciate your support.

Hello,

Use optimized images. For example, http://prntscr.com/nmt9zt https://tinypng.com/

Also, in console on your site – http://prntscr.com/nmt9am , read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/64-how-to-add-custom-favicon

When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugin that you don’t use.

Hello Rose….I believe you did not understand my issue. I m not asking how to set the favicon. In addition my images are well optimized using Photoshop and there are not any additional plugins. Please spend some time and look into my problem.

Hello,

The main image on the single product page is the biggest, compare to thumbnails from the gallery has, so it loads a bit longer. Speed up of the site will reduce the delay, so I would recommend you follow these recommendations https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-running-extreamly-slowly/ and fix the situation with the favicon (request to undefined image takes time).
If you mean something else, please describe the problem in more details.

ok Rose. I’ve implemented your suggestions. It seems that the main product image is downloading a little faster. Is there is any way to make the download faster, ex like your demo in Royal default product page ?
