Process to finalize purchase with card payment gives error

I have installed the Redsys plugin for credit card payments and it gives me an error in the checkout.min.js console? Ver = 4.9.2 I don’t know if it has something to do with the template in case you can check it for me. Thanks

Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Check your card payments with the Storefront theme. Do you have the error?
