    I have a category called Men’s Handbags and Women’s Handbags.

    How do I ensure that when the person clicks on Women’s Handbags or Men’s Handbags they only see the subcategories associated with that category on the left hand side?

    For example, Here’s how I’m referencing the links:
    http://www.pavinileather.com/product-category/women/allbagswomen/

    Hello,

    Unfortunately there is no such option. You may try to use some plugin to achieve what you want but we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
