I have a problem with a site I inherited from another designer. The options for colors for all of the fonts are invisible, and you can’t change them. In addition, I can’t find any way to change the text or color of the buttons under the products that say “read more” as well as other container headings.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

I am trying to get in contact with the host, but like I said, I’ve inherited this project from another designer and still don’t have that info from the client. I have given you the admin access info if you can help me using that. I think when you go to the site and look at the buttons and colors of headings and such you will see the problem. I’ve been able to fix some but not all. The previous designer put in a lot of code already, but even taking it out doesn’t allow me to use font color settings.

Contact your hosting provider to get FTP access to your site.
We need it to check the issue with the color options.
