We have installed the latest theme. Every time a customer checks out we get the error “Unknown error” when they try to complete their order. I removed any unneeded plugins. I installed the latest theme update.
Also whenever the customer clicks on add to cart, we don’t see the cart icon on the website so the user is unable to go to the cart page after they have added an item to cart on the home page.Site URL: hidden Theme version: 5.0.1 WooCommerce version: 3.6.2
How does it work with the default WC theme – Storefront?
Credit Card payment comes from WooCommerce MX Merchant Payments plugin on your site, so I would recommend you to contact the plugin author to get help with the problem.
