    Hi,

    when I customer add a product to cart and pass from page one to page 2 in the category, the sistem tells him that the product is in already in cart in red.

    Replicate Issue:

    1- go to:

    https://www.eurocorals.com/en/shop/

    2- add a product.

    3- Go to the next page (from page 1 to 2)

    it will tell you that the product is already in cart :S in red.

    what can be the problem?

    Hello,

    I’ve just tested your shop page and haven’t seen any problems. The second page is successfully opened after a product is added to cart. I’ve added it via “Quick View” option as you didn’t enable “Add to Cart” button for products list.
    Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    Hi,

    its not via Quick View. Its via “Add To Cart” from product page.

    I disactivated it becouse of the issue. You can activat and then disactivate it when you finish testing from theme options.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to 2.6 version and Woocommerce plugin as well.
    Check Shop page after that.
    Don’t forget to create back up before update.

    Hi,

    I updated woocommerce and I had other issues and I tried to see if it solve this problem but it dose not solve it. I returned to this version after the test.

    I will update your theme and let you know.

    nothing still the same issue.

    I updated the theme and I enabled the Add to Cart bottom in shop page and still the issue is not gone.

    I need help with this.

    Hi, it seems that It is adding the same product when I go to page 2 in product page (if you add a product in page one then go to page 2 it will add it again). For example if I add a product in page one and go to page 2 it will tell me that the product is already added in red. And if now I take out the product (when I hover over cart and take it out) and then I reload the page it will add the product again and it will say product added to cart. This is crazy lol!

    Hi,

    I Updated the theme and I had a Fatal Error in cart. So I updated woocommerce to see if I can solve the issue. Then I was not able to activate woocommerce. I lost 3 orders yesterday also my update work becouse I restored a backup files and database.

    Remember that add to cart bottom is not activated and that you must activate it to do the test in Theme Options.

    Hi,

    We need a replay urgent!!! All our widgets disappeared please confirm if thats you or not. We suppose that its you becouse we didnt do any thing in the website. We only added products.

    Hi,

    We dont know what happened but all our widgets disappeared and we had to Restore the files. So we restore our files… We dont know if you or what made it, but the site must not work with no widgets. Also it has trafik and its not good.

    Hi,

    It seems that every day around 6 30 pm my site put all my widgets in inactive mode and sometimes disable the plugins alone. We manualy activated them again. Hope this bug dose not come again.

    Please update the theme to the latest version:

    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
    Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

    Hi,

    I contacted woocommerce and they said this:

    Hi Ali,
    the issue is coming from your theme.

    If you enable the add to cart button and clicko n it on the shop page, it add products to the cart using this link:

    https://www.eurocorals.com/en/shop/?add-to-cart=11837
    Then when you change page, the part ?add-to-cart=11837 is not removed from the URL.
    The theme should instead use the AJAX add to cart button on that page, like it’s supposed by WooCommerce.

    Please contact the theme author to fix this issue. We are not able to fix it for them.

    I already tryed to update the themeand it appered an error in checkout ” Fatal Error” also I updated woocommerce after thatto see ifthat fix the probleme and came another issues.

    I am having the same issues as well – and the checkout cart and buttons are all duplicated. It’s a nightmare as people can’t check out. PLEASE HELP!

    Proceed to checkout button appears twice.

    In checkout, the payment method buttons appear twice, types of payments accepted appear twice, and there are two sets of Place Order buttons. This is causing fatal errors when people try to check out. In addition, like many others, I get the same error message: Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can review the System Status report for full details or learn more about WooCommerce Template Structure here.

    WooCommerce also said all of these issues are within the theme and need to be fixed in order for the cart and checkout to work. PLEASE HELP!

    WE CAN’T WAIT! Our site is currently unable to take orders and we just launched a new product line. This is horrific!!! I started a new thread with more information as – please wait, sorry you can’t take any orders, is just awful!

    Hi, CJMillar What I did is go back to previous version of Legenda and Woocommerce. Replace them with and your site will work again. If it is from a backup its better!

    Always do a backup it helps, most of all when you want to update a plugin or theme.

    8theme is the best responsable company that I know, they will find a solution 🙂

    go back and change to previous version and it will be ok.

    Hi 8theme Team,

    I did the updated and before going back to the to previous versions I did tested the error of the add to cart bottom and it did not solve the issue.

    As I told the problem is like the woocommerce team said.

    You can try it your self if you want but please when you finish testing go back to previous version IF THE SITE HAS THE FATAL ERROR IN CHECKOUT and CART PAGE. (You will see the fatal error in shipping opcions)

    Please do it fast as we are online.

    I have a backup that I can roll back to, but then I ALSO need to re-add the products that had been added since the last updates and deal with some of the prior issues we’ve had with the site. There hasn’t been any regular point of time where we’ve had the site run properly without ongoing issues with this theme.

    At this point, I think we need to just change themes and call it quits here because this is awful! I’ve already lost customers due to these issues, and keep losing more.

    Hi

    Dont restore the data base only the files or better only the woocommerce and the theme. I dont think that you will lose them if you do so.

    Also backup first.

    what are the other problems that you are having with the other versions? I can help you becouse I made 2 sites with this them and I almost passed over all the issues.

    I am with both of you – as in my Add to Cart button on the product pages isn’t working at all. Everything is updated, but this actually started just before I updated to both the latest theme version and the latest Woocommerce version. Customers are emailing me and so mad, because I launched a webinar release yesterday and everyone is trying to hurry and get a seat. I have always been able to overcome and issue and the 8theme team has always rocked. I am hoping they get this resolved soon, because I feel you on losing customers and time responding to all of the emails asking why they can’t check out.

    I can’t believe the issues here.

    If we need to roll back to a different / older version, I’d like to know which version, of theme and/or WooCommerce, and where I can re-download them so that I’m installing totally clean files to see if this can be fixed. Beyond frustrated.
