Problem working with a plugin which worked on an old theme prior to moving to xstore

We moved to your theme last week and went live

Since going live we are finding a problem with a plugin

When we click on a custom tab (data sheets)- it doesnt allow the item to become clickable, instead closes the custom tab

Any help would be appreciated
