    Hello, Imran Sumra,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We can see demo content on your site already.

Do you need any further assistance? Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, @Imran Sumra,

It seems like you’re experiencing issues with importing demo content, installing plugins, and slow performance on a wordpress website. These issues can have various causes, so we will provide some general troubleshooting steps that you can follow to resolve them:

    1) Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Check the image for specific requirements here:

    2) Update Software:

Make sure your website’s core software (WordPress) , theme, and plugins are all up-to-date. Outdated software can lead to compatibility issues.

    3) Server Resources:

If your website is slow, it could be due to limited server resources. Consider upgrading your hosting plan to one with more resources (CPU, RAM, and bandwidth) if necessary.

    4) Disable Unused Plugins and Themes:

Deactivate and delete any plugins or themes that you’re not using. Having too many active plugins can slow down your website and cause conflicts.

    5) PHP Memory Limit:

Increase your PHP memory limit if it’s too low. Some plugins require more memory to function properly. You can often do this by contacting your hosting provider.

    6) Import Demo Content:

We kindly request you to read and adhere to the steps outlined in our theme documentation, which can be found at the following link:

    7) Server Response Time:

Use a website performance testing tool like GTmetrix to analyze your site’s performance. This tool can highlight areas for improvement.

    8) Caching:

Implement caching to speed up your website’s load times.

    9) Optimize Images and Content:

Compress and optimize images and other media files to reduce page load times.

    10) Backup:

Before making significant changes, always back up your website. This ensures that you can restore it if something goes wrong during troubleshooting.

    11) We invite you to peruse our theme documentation which provides detailed information on how to enhance the speed of your website.

Remember to take one step at a time and thoroughly test your website after each change to identify the source of the problem. It’s important to diagnose and address each issue separately to ensure a stable and optimized website.

    Best Regards,
    Team 8Theme.

    Hello, @Nusha,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We kindly request that you provide us with a screenshot illustrating the issue you are encountering during the demo import process. This will greatly assist us in understanding the problem and providing you with the appropriate support.

You may upload the screenshots on and paste the links here.

Furthermore, we ask that you please clear the existing content by navigating to the “Import Demos” section under the XStore dashboard. Once this is completed, could you inform us of the specific demo you wish to import onto your website, as well as the page builder you intend to use?

For us to assist you more effectively, we would appreciate it if you could provide your site’s wp-admin credentials. Please ensure that you submit this information in the private content area of this support topic to maintain security.

We are committed to helping you resolve this matter and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
