PROBLEM WITH SIZE UPLOADING FILES, I DONT UNDERSTAND

Why i can´t upload file more than 8mb? I tried to change the sixe in .htacces file, but still not working

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Hi, ok, the size problem is solved, but now i have this problem, temporary file missed..
