Hello

I’ve got the problem with registering xstore theme. I got an error:

cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds

API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

Contacted hosting provider, they said I should increase php max execution time. Did it but nothing change. Please help

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

They added ip to white list and problem is solved.

But got another one. Got stuck under importing demo when creator is on “Installing media” it stays there and nothing happens next. I’ve changed php max execution time to 300 in htaccess but I guess it’s the same. Please let me know what you think

Hello,

Launch the desired version import again and import only media https://gyazo.com/76599d948c2236e105221c4a7571a925
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Also, make sure that no 3rd party plugins are installed. Do not mean plugins that come bundled with the theme.
