Problem with Promo Text translation - by Hong

Hi 8theme team,

I meet a problem of translation for Promo Text.

Our website have 3 languages, main language is English, the other two languages are French and Chinese, I use WPML translate the Promo Text, but it doesn’t seem to work, that still is english. I tried removed the Promo Text from string list and then re-added and translated it, but it still doesn’t work.
Could you please help me to solve it?

Hello,

Could you, please, contact WPML support and ask to check the error in their js file (screenshot in the Private content area).
Because we can’t add the admin string to the string translator because of that.

I will asked WPML to solve it. By the way, after solving js file error, then I could re-add string promo text and translate it, am I right?

The problem solved! I just deactivate WPML String and reactivate it, then the translation is back.
