PROBLEM WITH PLUGIN WooCommerce Product Add-ons

Dear,

Your theme is in the last version, and woocommerce too, since your lastupdate of your theme, the plugin
WooCommerce Product Add-ons last version 2.7.0 not works with your theme Blanco, i cannot on a new product add a addon. when i clik on the button “new addon group” in general product, that not works

I contacted woocommerce but not answer, and i wait equally you check this problem.

Hello,

Please check that plugin with default WordPress theme. It’s not working there too.
So you have to wait for an answer from Woocommerce support.

Hello,

I have the same issue. I use IDStore + WooCommerce + WooCommerce Product Add-ons, all new setup (latest version). If no add-ons for products, cart is working fine, if I use add-ons, adds nothing to the cart.

Do I understand right that this is a WooCommerce issue?

Hello @alemdag,

Please try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check the plugin work after that.
