Problem with mailchimp i don’t know what happend

    i have 2 question for this plugin
    first one i don’t know what happaned for this plugin i went update the plugin and nowi t says error can’t be updated or installed and it removed for some reasons
    2nd question is how to make a new subscribe form like that on my site and how to edit it and if i can make it translate to arabic or no and i follow tutorial videos and can’t make it
    thanks for help
