    Dear Customer Support,

I’ve installed your beautiful theme WooPress, but I’ve got a little problem with the links on my site. Every link in my pages (FAQ page, Shop page…) except from the menu seems not working.
I’ve tried to refresh permalinks in the backend and checked with Mozilla, Google Chrome and Opera browsers…
Have you got any idea of what might be wrong?

Here’s the link to my website: easy.isideshop.com

    Thanks for your help

    Hello Brian,

    thank you for your reply.
For example in the FAQ page (http://easy.isideshop.com/faq) I’ve put a re-direct link in almost every question. In the shop page I’ve put a link to the register page for unregistered users.
None of them seems to work…

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Would you mind to describe more widely what you want to achieve with links or provide us with screenshots.

    With best regards

    Hello Brian,

I’d just like the links that I’ve inserted to re-direct the user onto other pages inside the website.
For example: in the image attached you’ll se a word in red. That word should redirect to easy.isideshop.com/dashboard page.
    FAQ page

Let me know if you need more screenshots

    Hello,

Please edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/js/etheme.js, find the section “! Toggle elements” (line 1652) and comment the code e.preventDefault(); on line 1665.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    thank you for your reply.
I’ve found those two lines, but I don’t think I’m really able in commenting this code to activate my links in the website…
Would you help me with this?

Thank you very much for helping
    Best regards
